After discovering the code to an unused "janitor`s closet," Kyle and DeMarcus, two below-average students at Brewster High, stumble upon their school`s secret youth agency headquarters. Mistaken as new recruits, the teens are initiated into the unit and discover the secret world of criminals that plagues the school. Feeling as if they are finally a part of something important, Kyle and DeMarcus soon learn that the agents they work with are just as clumsy as they are. Whacky adventures await this unit, but despite their mediocrity, they somehow manage to come out on top.
